2. Purpose and Scope of the GTC

General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “TC”) govern the terms of use of the services provided by Lemúria Ltd. Services are available by prior appointment and their use constitutes an individual agreement in accordance with this TC.

The services – in particular the following – are available based on the detailed descriptions provided on the website or at the premises:

  • Anahata Flow – Heart Chakra Ritual Experience
  • Anahata Flow – Four-Handed Heart Ritual
  • Anahata Flow Duo – Couple’s Spa Experience

 

3. Acceptance of the TC

By using the services, the guest acknowledges that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The TC comes into effect concurrently with the provision of the service through implied conduct.

 

4. Payment Terms

The service fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer, in cash, or by credit/debit card on-site, depending on the selected package and duration. Prices are listed in both euros (EUR) and Hungarian forints (HUF); exchange rate fluctuations do not affect the indicated amounts.

5. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email. Booked appointments can be modified or cancelled free of charge by the guest no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment or the guest does not show up, the service provider reserves the right to charge the full fee.

In exceptional cases (e.g. force majeure), the service provider reserves the right to reschedule the appointment and will notify the guest without delay.

 

6. Complaint Handling

Complaints can be submitted verbally or in writing (by email or post). The service provider investigates all complaints and informs the complainant of the outcome within 15 business days.

The service provider handles guests’ personal data confidentially and uses it solely for the fulfillment of services and legal obligations.

Details of data processing are outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is available on the service provider’s website or can be sent electronically upon request.
