Deep in my soul, I have always been drawn to gentle presence and intuitive healing.
Today, as a massage therapist, sound therapist, and student of the shamanic path, I serve the physical and spiritual awakening of people.
For six years, I have been accompanying those who wish to find their way back to themselves through touch, and three years ago, I discovered an even deeper healing space in the subtle world of sound vibrations, which is particularly close to my heart.
Two years ago, the spiritual teachings of Inca shamanism opened a door within me, through which I embarked on a truly transformative journey that calls for soul remembrance.
For me, the Lemurian space is an island of remembrance: a quality rooted in love and ancient wisdom, where we can reconnect with our sacred selves and with each other.
The Anahata Flow ritual brought me deep physical and spiritual release and helped me perceive even more clearly how I can be present from the heart, as a pure channel.
My calling is to open a safe, supportive space for others to remember, and to be a loving instrument for the gentle yet powerful transformation we were all born to undergo.

My name is Zita, I am a massage therapist and a spiritual soul!
My journey began with my own physical and emotional pain, which led me to deeper layers of self-knowledge and healing. I learned that the body is not just flesh and blood, but memory, vibration, and subtle energy.
For me, massage is not just touch, but presence and connection. Every movement I make is imbued with intention and energetic support so that, along with physical relaxation, the soul can also breathe freely.
For me, Lemuria is a place of remembrance and homecoming—the experience of Oneness as existence. Here, masks fall away and the soul begins to speak again. This is a space of love, gentleness, and sacred feminine qualities, where healing does not happen, but simply is.
The Anahata Flow ritual provided a deep physical and spiritual rebalancing. I felt the energies dissolve the old layers and reconnect me to my feminine qualities—that soft, intuitive, wise power that we sometimes forget in our daily lives. I understood that I don’t need to be more, just more real; that healing happens in the present moment, and all the answers are within me.
My mission is a gentle reminder: to lead others back to who they truly are through touch, sound, and quiet presence. I believe that touch is an ancient language that heals not only the body but also the soul. I know that transformation often happens in a quiet sigh—and I hold space for that to happen.

My birth name is Evelin, but most people call me Evi, and on the internet I am known as Zöld Alma (Green Apple).
Perhaps I can relate most to the latter.
Alma means soul, and the color green is a symbol of healing and recovery, because we all heal through our experiences and connections. I am deeply convinced that everyone I meet is a compass to myself, a curved mirror that confronts me with different parts of myself. Lately, I have been actively studying numerology, which provides insight into the qualities we have chosen for our current incarnation. The knowledge gained through Germanic Medicine (Biologika) helps us to reframe our understanding of illness and our belief systems.
On a soul level, I came to experience, share, and spread love through touch.
On a physical level, I touch, on a spiritual level, I share knowledge, and on a soul level, I connect sincerely in the quality of love during Anahata flow ceremonies. This is how I heal and am healed!
In Lemuria, a ritual allows us to feel the true quality from which our soul springs, because there is no connection more real and sincere than love. My place is where love is, and for me, that is currently Lemuria.
My creed is unity as the trinity of body, spirit, and soul, that our bodies are a perfect system, and our changes are signposts to our souls.
My motto for the future: listen to your inner voice, speak only one thing, and speak the truth!
